Service Engagement
MST (Private) Limited specializes in custom software development, AI solutions, and UI/UX engineering. All project deliverables and timelines are defined in the specific service agreement signed at the start of the project.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client acquires 100% ownership of the final source code and assets. MST Limited retains the right to use the project as part of our digital portfolio unless otherwise agreed in an NDA.
Payment Structure
Standard engineering starts with a 50% commitment fee. The remaining balance is required upon project completion and prior to final deployment on the client's production server.

Video Testimonial Clause
Client agrees to provide a short Video Testimonial or feedback video upon project delivery. MST Limited reserves the right to use this testimonial, along with the client's logo, for marketing purposes on our official website, social media, and presentations.

Limitation of Liability
MST Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, hosting outages, or third-party API disruptions post-handover. Post-deployment support is provided as per the selected maintenance plan.
